FAQ
Subject to vehicle availability, you can extend your current booking by following the steps under the "Extend My Booking" section:
1) Log in to your Member Account and navigate to your current booking.
2) Click on "Extend My Booking".
3) Specify your new End Date and Time.
You can either choose to extend your rental
(a) by the hour at 1/4 the daily rate for a maximum of 4 hours or
(b) extend for an additional day.
If the system doesn't allow an extension, it's likely due to full vehicle bookings for your desired timing/dates. In such cases, please adhere to the original End Date and Time outlined in your original booking. Should you expect a delay in returning your car, promptly inform our Rental Experience Team at +65 6908 8000 or drop us an email at rental.experience@eurokars.com.sg.

We can deliver and/or collect the vehicle to/from you at your preferred location. However, this option must be selected when you’re making your booking. You can still amend your booking and opt for delivery/collection services up to 24 hours before your booking starts, subject to additional charges.
Once the rental starts, however, amendments will not be possible.
If you would like to have your car collected at the end of the booking, you can reach out to our Rental Experience Team at +65 6908 8000 or drop us an email at rental.experience@eurokars.com.sg with your booking ID and desired amendments. We’ll review each case individually and assist accordingly. The cost of the Delivery Service and/or Collection Service option(s) are as per below:

If you’ve already selected and paid for the Cross Border Surcharge when making your booking, you can drive up to Malaysia.
Our Rental Experience Team would have emailed you the necessary documents for entering Malaysia 1 day before your rental collection date. These documents include:
Vehicle Entry Permit Certificate
Vehicle Insurance Certificate
Vehicle Log Card

If you did not make your booking with Cross Border Surcharge and would like to drive up to Malaysia during your rental, please reach out to our Rental Experience Team and we will assist you accordingly.
Please note that there is an additional fee of $25 to $60 per calendar day, depending on your chosen vehicle and the number of days you plan to enter Malaysia.
It is currently no longer a legal requirement to have the vehicle’s physical documents in the car. Regardless, the vehicle’s Log Card, Certificate of Insurance and Vehicle Entry Permit (VEP) confirmation (for entry to Malaysia) are available upon request. Please email our Rental Experience Team at rental.experience@eurokars.com.sg with your booking ID.
Most of our vehicles are equipped with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and all our vehicles are equipped with Bluetooth. Simply connect to the infotainment systems through:

Original USB Cables
If you’re unable to start Carplay or Android Auto via Bluetooth, please use an original USB cable to connect instead. Please note that some car models are unable to support wireless Carplay and Android Auto.

In the unfortunate event of an accident or any damage to the vehicle, your safety is our priority. Here are the steps to ensure your safety and adherence to our guidelines:
Safety First: Ensure your safety and the safety of others involved. If necessary, move to a safe location away from traffic.
Contact Emergency Services (995): If anyone is injured or if there are significant damage(s), call emergency services immediately.
If the vehicle is immobile, contact our Roadside Assistance service provider at +65 6908 6000. This number can also be found on the vehicle decal that is at the top left corner of the vehicle’s windscreen.
If the vehicle is still drivable, please complete the next course of action and continue your journey;
Document the accident: Whenever possible, take clear photos of the accident scene, including the vehicles involved (if any), damages and any relevant details. Exchange particulars and contact details with the other party.
Submit the documents: Contact our Rental Experience Team at +65 6908 8000 or send the documents via WhatsApp to +65 8692 2911 if the incident happened outside of business hours. You may be required to do an accident reporting within 24hours. Please rest assured that our Rental Experience Team will advise you accordingly.
If the incident involves another injured party:
Report the accident: If another party is injured in the accident or if it involves government/foreign vehicles, government property, cyclists or pedestrians, you are required to make an accident report to the police.
Complete Accident Report: Assist the police by accurately and completely filling out the physical incident report by providing all necessary details.
